Privacy policy

SoulScript collects only what is needed to reply to you, nothing more. This page explains what, why, for how long, and how to take back control.

What is collected

Two cases only, and in both of them you are the one writing:

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and the content of your message.
• Newsletter: your email address only.

No profiling, no reselling, no data bought from a third party.

Purpose and legal basis

• To answer your request and follow up on our exchanges. Legal basis: your consent, and the legitimate interest in replying to someone who writes to us.
• To send you the newsletter if you have signed up for it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives it

Your data is handled by Marine Cornu alone. Two technical providers keep the site running:

• Vercel Inc. for hosting the site, and IONOS for the domain name.
• Resend for delivering the emails sent from the form, on servers located in the European Union (Ireland).

No data is passed on for commercial purposes.

How long it is kept

• Messages received through the form: three years from our last exchange.
• Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third party trackers. The only audience measurement in use, Vercel Speed Insights, works without cookies and without any persistent identifier. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Simply write to marine@soulscript.fr and you will receive a reply within one month.
