The story of SoulScript
Why me? Why SoulScript?
Stories have always been at the centre of my life: studying them, telling them, transforming them. I chose to study literature to understand why certain stories move us, change us, and make us want to believe in something greater than ourselves.
I then began my career in advertising, and for 17 years I put that passion for storytelling at the service of companies and brands that use the power of their narrative to create emotion, win people over and, sometimes, change the world.
At Airbnb, I told the story of belonging with Belong Anywhere.
With Le Collectionist, I helped turn holidays into extraordinary memories.
At Alan, I saw how a brand could make prevention a new standard of care.
But I had not yet understood that the most decisive story of all was the one I was telling myself.
The one that shaped my choices. The one that defined my limits. The one that determined, often without my knowing, the life I allowed myself to live.
The day the story came off the rails
At 29, having just landed the job I had dreamed of at an advertising agency in London, everything stopped.
One morning, the alarm goes off. I try to get up. My legs are paralysed. They simply refuse to carry me.
My body had (finally) gone into full rebellion. I was exhausted. Burned through from the inside. I had nothing left to give.
That burnout was not the end of my story. It was the beginning of its greatest rewrite.
Ten years to rewrite my story
Healing did not mean going back to who I was. It meant becoming who I had never dared to be. For ten years, I explored everything that could help me build a truer, freer life, more deeply aligned with who I was.
To rewrite the story is to refuse to let the ghosts of the past keep holding the pen. As long as they stay in the shadows, those stories write the reality we live in.
So I began to rewrite mine. I went back to the wounds, the family dramas, the sense of abandonment, the trauma of burnout, the fear of never being enough and that relentless need to prove my worth.
I began to question the stories I believed were truths. Sentence after sentence. Belief after belief. Choice after choice.
Until I wrote a story in which I could finally breathe.
The birth of SoulScript
Because today I know something I wish I had understood sooner: you can change your job, your city, your partner, your life or your therapist. If you keep telling yourself the same story, you will repeat the same patterns.
Real change does not begin with what you do. It begins with the story you act from.
I looked for answers in the body, in breathwork and in movement. In Ayurveda. In neuroscience. In Kundalini Yoga.
I brought these disciplines together to create SoulScript: a space to understand what holds us back, untangle our blocks and find the freedom to rewrite everything.
Today I help those who feel trapped in an old script to take back the pen of their own story.
The most important story you will ever tell will always be your own.
Welcome to SoulScript.
